TOEFL score

Should I retake a 99 TOEFL (Writing 24 :()? I apply to some Ivies this year.
SAT : 2150 ( 800 Math 620 CR 730 Writing with 11 essays x2)
Are there any schools have a cut-off score TOEFL? An admission officer from Upenn once said that students with below 100 TOEFL will be cut off.
I am very worried.
Should I retake again? I took TOEFL once and got 27 for the Writing but still below 100 TOEFL. Should I send both score? Do they combine my score? I am desperate now

Do you live abroad? I believe if you’re international student living in the U.S. and have SAT critical reading scores above a certain point, sometimes the TOEFL can be waived.

babyboom,

Most universities post the required TOEFL score right on their website. They also indicate the CR score necessary to waive the TOEFL requirement. You need to check the websites of the universities that you are applying to to find the answers to your questions.

No, I do not live in US.

Yeah I`m pretty sure they waive the TOEFL because of your critical reading score, which is good for you. You should check with every school.

Actually, if I want my TOEFL waived, I should have at least 650 CR with Penn, 670 with Cornell. And with Yale, 100 is minimum. So do they combine TOEFL score? lol
