<p>Hey, I have a dilemma!! i just got a 80 on my TOEFL iBT, and Rice requires a 100!and worst, i don't have anymore time to take another test, will they automatically cancel my application by seeing my low TOEFL Scores??? or could they reconsider them??</p>

<p>If you are international then it is better to call them and find out whether they need it. If you are from the US then don't worry about the TOEFL, they dont need it for nationals, except if you have scored really high and you feel that it might actually help in the admission process.</p>
<p>Do you have a SAT reading score? It might replace the TOEFL requirement if you score high enough.</p>
<p>to clarify what has been said above:</p>

<li><p>If you are a US citizen or Permanane tresident, a good or bad TOEFL score will not matter as they wont look into it. </p></li>
<li><p>If you are international, then it does matter and call them</p></li>
</ol>
<p>3.. A good SAT score (even an 800 CR) will NOT replace the TOEFL</p>
