TOEFL Test Requirement

Hi CC!
I'm a legal resident of the United States (Greencard) and I've been living in the US for the past 8 years.
I moved from Korea, and so my first and native language is Korean, but my English is better than my Korean due to my having lived here longer.

On the undergrad website, it states that an applicant must take a TOEFL test if their first language is not English. Does this mean that I would have to take the TOEFL, or is it just for international applicants?

Thanks.

Generally, if you attended a high school in a country where the language of instruction is English and/or lived for the past x # of years where the main language is English, you would be exempt from TOEFL. The CMU website, however, is vague, so you might want to double check with them.
