<p>Hi guys I'm applying to Notre Dame EA and I didn't take the TOEFL because I have a 710 on my critical reading... will this affect my chances? The whole point of taking the TOEFL is showing you can speak english... and a 710 shows just that...this is why I'm asking for other people's opinions</p>
