I just took a TOEFL recently and I had a fever and I don't think I did well on it. I consider myself to be a native speaker of English, I have a SAT CR score of 750 and I take the full IB diploma. Lets say my TOEFL score is from 100 to 110, how would universities view it? Likewise lets say this extreme situation happens and I get a TOEFL score of <100, will the universities ignore it and realize that I just had a bad test day or am I really screwed?

The TOEFL is mostly a pass/fail thing. You are fine as long as your score is at least 100.

If your score is below 100, you should probably contact the colleges you are applying to. They might be able to grant you a TOEFL waiver on the basis of your SAT score and your high school work (did you do the IB in English?)

I have read around a few threads about people saying they did horrible for Toefl but the actual score turned out to be ok.
I just got my score of 113 and as I have said after the test I felt absolutely horrible but yea you never know whats going to happen with TOEFL.

I think the SAT thing will waive the TOEFL.
At the worst, just sent in a note together with your application form to explain your situation then. I mean, they will obviously know your standard when they look at your SAT.
