<p>it is! At least in the netherlands, i took it in august!</p>
<p>Good luck! (although you'll probably won't need it; the toefl is ridiculously easy!)</p>
<p>TOEFL is offered almost every working day of the year!
But that does not mean you will get a test-date of your choice. It depends on whether they have seats left for that test date.
In my country, test dates for upto the next 4 months are packed!
The "rush" depends from country to country...</p>
<p>The best way is to register online through ETS's website....that way you get a calendar sort of thing to chose a test date......and the test date mentioned in the calendar is correct and accurate
I have seen instances when it shows different dates when you reload the page....it happens a few times..but whatever is written on the website is very true....it can't be wrong.....OR ETS's online registration dates CANNOT be ambiguous!</p>
<p>Yup, TOEFL is pretty easy. I lived in the US for 2 years only and without any preparations or reading any guides about TOEFL I got 92 out of 120 (UC Berkeley Grad requirements for immigrants is only 68). It's like SATI CrtRed+W but for immigrants</p>
