That feel when I feel like I accomplished nothing in every aspect of my life since I've been at Berkeley.

That feel when I hugely regret coming here.

That feel when I hugely regret coming as a spring admit.

Anyways, any classes you recommend I take before I graduate? So far I have Econ 140, Econ 155, and UGBA 102A.

Might drop UGBA 102A, and if you guys think there's a better economics elective I should take instead of 155, then let me know.

I'm thinking of taking a language class for fun. I wanted to take Hindi R1A but I always hear it's difficult compared with other intro language classes. I'm looking into theater but I don't know about that 6 hours a week schedule, but idk, I don't do much with my free time, so it doesn't bother me too much.

Also sad to see a lot of the old regulars on here aren't around like batman17, crowslayer, jonnosferatu, demoz, and probably more..

Why don’t you try Viet 1A? The professor is really nice and it’s a good GPA booster (even for no speakers).

wasn’t thinking straight last night, i meant hinda 1a.

Just looked up viet 1a, wow that sounds insanely easy. But, I honestly have no desire at all to learn Vietnamese.

Do you know anything about Thai 1A?

You know, what do you think of taking two language classes at the same time?

It’s definitely sad that the old regulars aren’t here anymore! CC isn’t nearly as interesting now.

Nope, no idea about Thai 1A haha. Actually, I’ve never heard of it before. Didn’t know we have that haha. I don’t know… taking 2 language classes could be a huge GPA boost, but if you’re new in either or both, it might ruin your last semester.

Are you taking it for the sake of learning a new language or for GPA boost/chill class?

Taking it for both. Want to learn a new language and for a GPA boost as well.

I realize it is bad form to bump old threads, but I’m revisiting the Cal CC after a long hiatus and wanted to suggest Geography/LA C188 by Radke as OP seems to be interested in urban (155) type stuff. Basically teaches you about mapping and the basics of ArcGIS (mapping software). It is pretty easy as long as you know how to follow steps in a lab manual, professor is quite funny, and had been surprisingly helpful while I was interviewing for jobs.

Take Cort Worthington’s class on Leadership next semester.

His improv class this semester is pretty sick too I heard. But the Leadership class was a really good way to end my last semester.
