<p>Yes, you should still be qualified for Early Response. I electronically submitted my app on 11/1, and they processed everything (recs, transcript, etc) like 11/4 or 11/6 (forgot when exactly). And I was accepted I think on 12/11. So you should be alright. Btw, I'm OOS...not sure if that matters though.</p>
