1) Math 54
2) CS 61A
3) Physics 7A

Those are the classes I will be taking as a EECS freshman, now my fourth class should I hit a breadth class like Philo, or should I take something easy like a PE. I am fairly strong in Linear Algebra already from heavy graphics programming, and CS 61A shouldn't be hard because of a 6 year programming background, with 2 years at the professional level.

I took Physics 7A in Fall '07 and I didn't really find it all that difficult. This last semester I took CS 61A, Math 54, and Math 53, and I'd say it wasn't really that difficult of a load. I found CS 61A to be the easiest of the three, and Math 53 was straight-forward for nearly all of the course. 54 was easy for me except when it came to things like Double Fourier Series and the last section or so that we covered.

With that kind of experience, I'd imagine 61A will be a breeze for you, and having already worked with the material in 54 will make it much easier. I'd say it's a normal load for you. You should be able to manage taking a breadth as your fourth class.
