Too heavy? (Senior Year)

Hey, I'm a junior at the moment taking these classes:
AP Biology (A)
Honors Latin 4 (A)
AP USH (A-)
Honors English 11 (A)
Honors Physics (A)
Honors Precalculus (A)

This year the rigor isn't too bad...I can certainly handle it.

Senior Year:
AP Chemistry
AP Physics C: Mechanics
AP Calculus BC
AP English Lit
AP Latin 5: Vergil

Chem is rumored to be quite hard, not too hard though. Physics, the class average for seniors is a B-...not too bad, english lit ,however, is extremely difficult with around 2 essays a week...latin 5 AP isn't bad, calc BC class ave is a B. Is this manageable? If not, I can drop down to English honors...(I'm also going to be applying to at least 12 schools, and I have many ECs that are time-consuming) I am quite smart, no class has ever challenged me beyond any figment of my understanding...I'm just afraid these classes could...

What do you think?

It’s a not so much a question of subject matter challenge as it is of time constraint, really. Between your ECs and all the colleges you’re applying to, will you have time to do the work to do well and not stress too much? I’d look at it as a mental health concern, me.

I have to agree with tom8. You have to consider all the other things you’re going to do after school and college apps. Personally, I think this schedule is manageable. They don’t require a lot of memorization like AP Bio and APUSH. But again, determine how much strain you want to put on yourself.

I actually have exactly the same schedule as you junior year, with AP Stat, and plan on the same schedule senior year. I think it’s manageable. I just want to get as much physics done with in HS, because in college it’ll be as hard without the one-on-one attention. I think it’s a solid schedule, and I think you can maintain it.

Thanks you guys for the input…I probably will keep this schedule as long as none of these classes overlap (no one has ever done all 3 AP sciences at my school like I have, so I’ll see if AP chem and physics overlap).
