I never received any e-mails, letters or notifications about January 2 FA.

I haven't done ANY of it yet.

The website said something about the dates being "guidelines"...I think.

So what now? Is it too late? What if I got it in tomorrow? Have I jeopardized a future at Cornell?

I’m in the same boat. I thought they were due in about a month like the rest of the college… or most of the other ones.

Have you found out yet if we can still apply for FA?

The financial aid office is extremely flexible. Just get it in as soon as possible

Yeah, I still need to send my forms, but I have the rest, as in PROFILE and the Cornell Aid Form already in.

Thanks for the reassurance nd09. :)

so the CSS profile is online, but the Cornell FA App CANNOT be sent electronically, am I correct?

Which address do we use on our envelopes, the Undergrad Admissions office?

YES! Thank you for that nd09. Just came home from vacation and its Jan 3rd, so it’s already late :(

Would sending it within the next week be fine, since my parents do it and take such a long time? If its a bit late, does this hurt your chances at all of getting financial aid?

disregard that whole last question.

but…
anything about financial aid does not affect our admission to the university, am I correct?

ALSO can anyone tell me what " claimed on federal tax return of 2009" means?
It’s on the FA App.

I don’t understand what it is asking. Do we just put a yes or a no?
