Too late for full tuition scholarship

I have heard that if you apply later it is unlikely for the University of Pittsburgh to give a full tuition scholarship. I applied mid-December, but my PittConnect account did not say they received all of my admissions materials until yesterday. Do I still have a chance at a full tuition scholarship/chance to apply for the Chancellor's scholarship?

My stats:

4.0 UW GPA
Class rank: 1 out of 273
2300 SAT (760 R, 760 M, 780 W)
5 AP Tests (World History (5), Lang (5), Physics B (5), Calc AB (5), Lit (5)
3 AP's this year plus some college classes

Extracurriculars:
Varsity XC (4 years)
Varsity track (9,11)
Orienteering - National Junior Team member
Some more stuff...

Sent in my common app essay and one teacher recommendation

Intended major: Engineering

Thanks!

I’m not sure of it but you could still have a chance to fet full-tuition since Pitt’s admission is rolling-based. Will you choose Pitt over other colleges which you applied if Pitt gives you full scholarship ? If so, you may be a strong cadidate to be in Pitt campus with a scholarship.

Since you got your application in before January 15, you will be considered for scholarships. Your stats are incredibly strong, and it helps that you are a girl (I am assuming based on your username) applying into Engineering. If it makes you feel better- I applied around late-December and was awarded a half-tuition scholarship in mid-to-late January (or even early February, I forget now) so it’s definitely not too late. Plus since you applied into Engineering they will have extra scholarship opportunities.
