Hey everyone, I just found out recently that my parents are planning on moving away from PA (Somewhere north), which totally screwed up my plans of going to CMU/Penn State. I've decided to apply to mich since it will be closer to our new residence, however I'm sending the application in January since I've already missed my school's 1/1 deadline. Since the admission will be fairly competitive I was wondering what my chances would be if I submitted my application in January.
