Too late for merit aid?

Your application for admission serves as your application for most University merit scholarships. If additional information is required, you will be notified. We recommend application for admission by November 15 for competitive scholarship consideration.

Given the above, how much more difficult would it be to receive merit aid if I apply now?

Bump… need an answer soon so I know whether to apply.

What are your stats?

ACT: 32
GPA 3.98 Rank 9/351

Is there a chance for me to get some merit scholarship if I applied couple days before the deadline?

quite unlikely.

You would probably have some difficulty getting merit aid. Michigan usually distributes most of their scholarship funds to early applicants and leaves little scholarship opportunities in the end (for the best). Your ACT and GPA are stellar but unless you have some great Extracurricular and a moving application, I don’t believe you’d get any money. However, you can always apply and wish for the best.

Dang! Should’ve applied early!
What about admission? Can I still be admitted?

for admission, you’re on the good match range~

2400 SAT
3.98 GPA

Chance for merit aid?

^
you have a chance for sure… 2400? really?

Haha, yes, really. He/she and I were “2400 buddies” back when May 2009 SAT results came out :D

nice. perfection on the SAT/ACT is one amazing feat.

Thanks. So I would have a good chance for significant merit aid, even this late in the game? If so, I’ll send in my application.

send it in~~

112358…What college are you applying to?

Princeton, Stanford, and Notre Dame (in EA) are my top three.

Thanks for that info…I actually meant what major LSA, Engineering, etc??

Oh haha. Right now I’m interested in physics, so LSA.
