Too late to apply for 2017 ?

<p>Is it too late to apply to Iowa State now ? </p>

<p>Penn State is looking very expensive. Will I get any aid with 3.3 UW GPA and 1740 SAT and 1k efc ? Pretty bummed right now</p>
