Too late to apply for Post Graduate programs.

I think I am at risk of gaining admission to top colleges so I think I want to pursue another year of High School to improve the chance of my success.
I already looked at Cheshire, Hun School of Princeton and Pomfret and I need to call them to see if its too late, but what do you guys think.
Thanks for your help.

There's pleanty of room at schools below the top.

like which ones, thank you

Looking at another one of you posts to get some background, I take it that you are looking PG as you seem to want to take another shot at top colleges next year that seem to have elluded you this year?

Of the 3 you listed earlier Pomfret would align more with your college aims than the other 2. I'd start looking at matriculation lists on the schools' websites as a first priority.

Do you play a sport? Many (but not all) PGs play a sport very well and use the PG year for college recruiting. Your name suggests that you play basketball. Have you considered a gap year? That is another possibility.

In addition to boardingschoolreview.com, you can do an advanced search on www.schools.com for PG year schools. I suspect that many will still have PG openings, especially schools with an acceptance rate above 40%.

The college acceptances you want may still happen for you. Good luck!
