April 1st is the priority deadline. What is the chance to get in IUB if I apply for the Fall 2012 as an international transfer student after April 1st?

I am currently studying in a US college and will have completed 53 credits hours at the end of this semester. I am majoring in business and GPA is 4.00. I have one recommendation letter. I was admitted to the SUNY Binghamton and also the SUNY Buffalo recently. Although it may be too late, my parents still encourage me to apply 1 or 2 more school.

Is it a good idea for me to transfer to the SUNY in the fall and then apply the IUB for the spring 2013??

Thanks!

IUB reviews students’ application pretty quick, so I think it won’t kill to try. They use rolling admission system, so I guess priority date is just a priority

Getting into IUB might not be a problem, but be aware of the obstacles in getting into Kelley as a transfer coming in with so many credits.
