Too late to apply?

Do you think it is too late for me to apply for Ross undergrad since I'm out of state. I really don't want to apply until after I hear from my ED school, I don't want to exert any efforts unless I know i need to. Any advice is welcomed

Just curious - what was your ED school? Stern or Wharton?

Wharton, btw, how did you know?

Unless you have amazing stats, I would not wait much longer, especially if you plan on applying to Ross. At a meeting I attended with the Admissions Counselors, they stated that if they are in a dead split with applicants, they take the applications that were submitted the earliest!

So you think it will be a waste of time to apply after 12/14?

After December 14th? I wouldn't say applying is a waste of time, but the UMich deadline is 12/31, and especially in the last month the flow of applications increases so much, your chances decrease daily. I would definately apply now if you are even remotely thinking about attending UMich. It can't hurt!

Ehh, lol, I hope i get Wharton ED, but I don't know if I can write 2 more essays in like 2 weeks...maybe if I give you some stats It will help you tell me if I have a shot

I'm from rural FL, crappy public high school~800ppl

The deadline is not 12/31. It is February 1.

A friend's son has been accepted to LSA and is waiting to hear about direct admit to Ross. She said they're only taking 75 direct admits.

1790 on SATs and you are applying to Wharton? A 2100 or a 1400 (old score) would be competitive. Did you see how many applicants Penn received ED?

If I were you I would submit Michigan and some realistic matches and safeties. Unless you are an instate student, Mchigan is a reach for you.

penn is bs. They are so overrated and the stats are overblown due to the US News ranking. Lee Stetson must be very happy...
