Is it too late to apply to UP?

It's definitely going to be tougher to get in, but it's worth a try.

It's rolling, so no, but let's see your stats.

Do you mean PennState??? UP usually refers to the University of Pennsylvania and their RD deadline is sometime in January.

Fedmom, I think MME1 was referring to the University Park campus..?
In any case, today (Nov. 30) was the final day for "priority application" (where, I think, you would receive your decision by the end of January). However, you can still apply, just check PSU's admissions website for the timeframes. Here's a link that should help you out: http://www.psu.edu/dept/admissions/steps/understanding/fytimeline.htm

Good luck!

UP refers to U of Penn only to those outside of PSU. To Penn Staters, it's almost always used in place of "University Park."

Awesome guys thanks. When I actually went to choose my college of choice in the application, University Park was not there. So I came here asking for questions. Was my major full or something?

Quick Stats:
1380/2050 700 680
4.04 W GPA top 10% (26-35/350; originally 35, in this range if recalculated)
Highest Honors/AP course load 18 Honors/AP classes
ECs: President of Senior Class, Pres Spanish, secretary of Debate and sec of business club, medical honors program at university, volunteering, etc
Awards: reasonable amount, many science related

Major: Biological Sciences

I would just call admissions and ask.

I'd say you're in. Don't count on honors, but you're fine for PSU regular. BTW, it's possible that your major isn't available at University Park, that's why it didn't show up.
