Okay so…I’m a bit of a mess right now! I’m scrambling together RD apps as I was deferred from Yale and have all of a sudden made a last minute decision to possibly add Princeton to my schools. My question is if it’s too late to apply and send in everything or if it’s okay?
If I send in my scores Monday as well as my transcript, will I be okay? Sorry if this is common sense, I’m first-gen so I don’t get much help from my parents and due to the time limit I can’t wait till Monday to ask my counselor.
Thanks in advance to all those who reply, congrats to the SCEA kids who made it!
You’re good dude. Also, thank you for the congratulations! Maybe if things go well I’ll see you at Princeton
Awesome, thank you! Also, do you know if I can send scores/etc. up until the deadline (January 1st) or is that not a good idea/will reflect poorly on me?
The deadline is the deadline. Any materials sent before WILL be considered, if they are sent after… they most likely will not be.
Test scores and transcripts sent after the deadline likely will still be considered if the main part of your application was sent on time. That said you have until January 1st if it is on CommonApp, so that is plenty of time
Test scores may certainly be sent after the Jan 1 application deadline. See Princeton’s application dates and deadlines posting as it indicates Jan as the last month to take the SAT and subject tests:
