Too late to email adcom?

I just came back from a Model UN conference where I won most outstanding delegate of the legal committee. Is it worth shooting the colleges an email, or letter? The conference is not particularly prestigious, it was at St. Peter's college.

Applying to Cornell, Tufts, Penn, Duke, WUSTL, among others.

However, I had no official awards in MUN as it was a secondary activity, so I think this might be good to acknowledge.

It's worth a try, however, TRY NOW. At this point, the decision has probably already been made, but its not a sure thing. It's certainly worth a try.

And, if your waitlisted, it will definately help then.

Where do people stick all their awards on apps? It looks like there's no room, especially if whatever you won has a long name.

I didn't have that many awards, chronicidal.

Try it. You have nothing to lose.

^ 1q2w is right. You do have nothing to lose, but it's highly unlikely it will affect anything. at this point in time, colleges probably have made most of their decisions and are just putting the letters together.
