Hey, so I decided last second to apply to Michigan once my parents finally budged about me going OOS to college. I have completed my app and have my recommendations and everything, the only thing I'm wondering is can i still send in my scores? Michigan says they want EVERYTHING in by Nov 1st apparently, and I don't know if my scores will get there in time? What should i do please help!!

Btw if one is faster than the other let me know, my scores are about equal (2140/32)

Send them. I don’t remember if Michigan wants them by Nov 1 or if they want them postmarked by Nov 1, but there’s no point in waiting, especially given the EA deadline. Even if you don’t qualify for EA, you will still be considered for RD.

Send your ACT, SAT or both. It won’t matter to Michigan and there isn’t a difference in how long it will take to get to them.

They may not be, but if not you will still avail for rolling admission, as KronOmega said.

One more reason why sending scores early and utilizing free score choice is a good thing.

It is most likely too late. If you send the scores before the 25th, you are usually in the clear but sending your scores in on the 29th may be too late for EA.

Well I sent then last night but yea don’t know if ill get in

If I apply for early and am late, do I have to reapply and resend everything for rolling? Or will they just take my package and push it to rolling?

They will just push it for rolling admissions.

Send both. I believe ACT is a bit faster. UMich wants to receive everything by deadline. Who knows if they are going to extend the deadline at the last minute due to the CA glitches. If any part of your application could not make it by Nov 1, you will enter the rolling RD automatically anyway. You are not wasting any money.
