Too late to set up and interview?

I applied EN, didn't set up an interview and now it says my app is with the committee?
It is a lot more helpful if I set up an interview, and can I still set one up?
Thanks!

Sorry for the typo in the title! *an interview

PinkLover,

Technically interviews are still being offered until the end of January. If you wanted to come to campus and interview, you could still do that. You can also request an off-campus alumni interview through your MyRoc account in an area near you: [url=<a href=“http://enrollment.rochester.edu/admissions/events/OffEvents/]University”>http://enrollment.rochester.edu/admissions/events/OffEvents/]University of Rochester : College Admissions/url

If you submitted your application prior to having an admissions interview, you run the risk of not having the interview factor into the admissions decision. Setting up an alumni interview can take some time. If your MyRoc indicates that your application is already past the first and second readers, your interview might not play much of a factor at this point.

An alumni recently contacted me for an interview but MyRoc is in the fourth stage!

Should I still schedule an interview?

in0va3,

As mentioned above, you run the risk of having an interview that might not factor into your admissions decision at all. We always say that it is “better late than never” when it comes to interviewing, so you might want to go through with the interview.

Best of luck throughout the remainder of the application process!
