<p>I planned to apply to ND before winter break starts, but had to leave the country for the holidays on short notice. The best Internet access I had was not much of a help. Now I am 2 days past the deadline of 12/31. Is it too late to apply?</p>
<p>Can’t hurt to try - use the common app if that doesn’t let you, just send it in via mail - I know people who submitted there stuff four days late and still got in.</p>
