Too many AP's for Senior Year?

Okay so I was on here before trying to decide between these three AP's but I feel like each class, each experience I need to have before I leave school.

My Schedule:
AP Government & Politics
AP Literature & Composition
AP Environmental Science
Honors Physics
Statistics
WWII & Vietnam
Culinary II
Creative Writing
& Gym/Study Halls

AP Gov't I hear is a very tough course but I do have my teacher & brother (who took the course & got a 5 by my side) History is also one of my best subjects.

AP Lit I hear is also difficult but I get very high A's in Honors English so it makes sense to move up.

APES I hear is very easy & the teacher is great. Plus I need the class to rule something out.

Stat & Honors Physics I hear are tough but right now I am focused on the AP's only.

I also have a job & run track

Last year I took my first AP which was Psychology and I probably would not have counted as an AP. Honors Chem took up more of my time and was much more difficult.

I don’t think 3 AP’s is too much at all, especially not if you are interested in all of them.

that is way too many ap’s. Senior year is the year that you want to have good grades and time to work on college apps. With those classes, you are not going to have time to do much  that is not good. and grades are ESPECIALLY important senior yr

I respectfully disagree with Hello. I think a lot of people frankly forget what school is about. Its not about getting good grades, but rather it is about learning. For my junior year, I decided not to take AP Language, and I still really regret not taking that class because I fell that, although my GPA might not have been as good, I would have learned so much more in that class than in regular English. I think you should take as hard of a course load as YOU feel comfortable with and to hell with what other people say.

ES and Gov are supposed to be some of the easiest APs, Lit is supposed to be reasonable. Go for it, I really don’t think three is that many anyway (at my school seniors often take 4-5).

3 APs isn’t bad. 7, on the other hand, isn’t advisable (haha). I failed miserably at AP Lit but other than that the ones on your list are incredibly fair.

I’ll use an anecdote to answer the OP.

Asian Girl: “I think five AP’s is too much”
Asian Girl: “Maybe I should drop three or something…”
Me: “I feel a disturbance in the force!”

I actually did yell this out at a math competition…at another high school…
