Too many APs for transfer?

I just entered community college with about 32 credits from eight AP tests. The thing is that I cannot take any honors classes at my college because all of the classes available for honors overlap with my AP tests. I will also have to apply to UCs this November which worries me because I will not have developed much of a college record. It's only 2-3 months into the fall semester. I plan on having a 4.0 in college but my high school GPA is about 3.6.

Do you think this is good enough for UCLA or UC Berkeley? I also want to get into Pomona College, but I'm not holding my breath.

for ucla and cal you can try to complete their “transfer agreement priority” - youll need to finish your IGETC, major requirements, and have 60+ credits. If you feel like you haven’t developed much of a college record, wait a year.
