Too many Bs for MIT/top colleges?

I’m a rising junior, and this year (sophomore year) I had a B in AP Physics 1 and AP Chinese first semester, and a B in pre AP chemistry and AP Chinese second semester. My counselors, parents, and friends have all told me different things about how this is going to look on my college application, so are these Bs too much for top colleges like MIT, especially since I have some of these in science classes? I didn’t get these Bs because I didn’t understand the material, I was going through some mental health issues and didn’t have motivation to study which resulted in my bad grades.
