One of the MA programs I applied for has changed its policy this year and requires 2 LORs instead of the previous 3. I requested 3 and they were all submitted.

Now, I double checked and the graduate school's general admission page mentions 3 letters, while this MA's specific application checklist clearly states 2. I was conducting research AND working full time at the time I finalized my applications, and I made one mistake. I don't want them to think I can't follow instruction (which I know would be fair enough). Should I email the admissions' office about it or just let it go and hope for the best?

Don’t worry about them thinking that you can’t count to five. Do consider that they might only look at the first two submitted, and which one is actually a priority.

See my earlier response: Is there a letter that you want to MAKE SURE is counted? Is there a letter that was basically “filler” to get to three? If so, call them. If each letter is as great as the next, let it go.
