Too many transcripts?

Does it matter how many undergraduate transcripts I have when I apply to grad school? Do graduate admissions boards care about that at all?

I dropped out of college many years ago, regretted it, and have been working on finishing up my bachelor's degree over the last several years. During that time I've taken classes on and off, and have taken them from a number of institutions. Now I have 7 transcripts and will probably need to get a couple more (for prerequisite classes and then one for the school at which I finish) before I'm done.

If I end up submitting 9 or 10 transcripts when I apply to grad school, will that be a problem, given my circumstances?

The only problem is how much it’s going to cost you to send in copies of all of them; I don’t think they’ll care otherwise. Plus, you’ll have to make doubly sure they get ALL of the transcripts. I don’t envy you that.

Thanks, TitoMorito, that’s helpful. And yeah, I’ve been through the gathering of transcripts a couple of times now; it’s a serious pain!
