Too rigorous?

I am only a sophomore in high school, but I have an idea as to what classes I will be taking for Junior/Senior year.

Junior:
AP English language
AP United States history
AP Psychology
Either AP Environmental or Chemistry honors (still undecided)
Anatomy and Physiology honors
and Algebra II honors.

Senior:
AP English literature
AP Microeconomics/AP Government & Politics
AP Biology
AP Physics B
Pre-calculus honors or AP statistics (still undecided)
and Journalism I.

How tough will that schedule be?

It’ll definitely keep you very busy, but I could see you being able to manage that schedule. I can relate to parts of your schedule, but I haven’t taken as many APs as you have listed here. I took APUSH and AP English Language in my junior year, and I actually wrote about APUSH content on my AP English essays on the AP exam. The two go together pretty well, since a lot of APUSH focuses on writing good essays as well. I’m in my senior year now, taking AP US Gov and AP Microeconomics. AP US Gov is very simple once you’ve taken APUSH because some of the content overlaps, especially since my APUSH teacher used to teach AP US Gov. So I haven’t really found any of those APs out of my ability. You have sciences listed that I haven’t done (I’m not particularly strong in science), so if you’re good at science, you shouldn’t have much of an issue with this schedule.

well, I can see you’re not a math person.
it shouldn’t be a problem if you try hard enough.

I have the same idea of a schedule as you. 4 AP’s this year, but 6 next year. It’s not too bad to handle. You just have to know which classes you can BS work and which classes you have to work hard in. Once you get the feel, you should be fine.

Well, here is my schedule next year for my Junior year:

AP English
AP US History
AP Psychology
AP Biology
Honors Trig/Pre-Calc
Honors French IV
Honors Spanish IV
Honor Choir

I think that our schedule is VERY doable. I’m not a math/science person at all. I’m thinking about switching the AP Bio to an easier weighted course, but still challenging.

The only classes I have to EVER worry about are my math/science ones, so since our schedules are very similar, I think thats just where we have to watch out.

In 11th grade, I’m doing:
AP Calc BC
AP Chem
AP Spanish Language
AP US History
English 3 Honors
Physics Honors

Self-Study: AP Human Geography and/or AP Microeconomics.

Mine is going to be almost the same as your’s…Here is mine:
(the ones that are the same)
AP Bio
AP Lit
Journalism (finally got editor spot)
AP Econ/gov.
(the ones that are different)
Calc. BC
AP Latin or Spanish I Honors

one or two community college classes?

Let’s hope we survive…

This is my(to-be) Junior Year schedule:

1st semester:
AP Calculus AB
English Honors
AP Physics
AP U.S. History 2(our school divides it into two courses, one semester in sophomore year and another in junior)

2nd Semester:
AP Calculus BC
AP Chemistry
AP Statistics
Gym/Health(complete waste of time -_-)

So as long as you’re a hard worker, it’s doable.

^your school allows you to finish in one semester? That’s nice since most AP do not need to be yearlong.

Jr year-
AP Calc AB
AP English Lit.
AP Physics C Mech. or AP Chem.
AP Psychology
Accounting
Religion
