Too unrealistic? PLease help me!

I posted this in the Northeastern thread but I want more advice.

First off, I should warn you, my gpa is quite low. I use to be top in my class in middle school but ever since I entered highschool, I've slacked off so much and have not started taking school seriously until junior year. And now, I love studying very much. And am willing to work as hard as I can to get into college.

3.2 gpa <- intended gpa after 1st semester senior year.

SAT: 650v 750m

Took all honors classes and am taking AP Physics, AP Calculus, and AP Chemistry + all honors my senior year.

I have a fair amount of club credits, many hours of internship, and many hours of community service.

I've been looking into the engineering school at Northeastern. I've also been looking into Carnegie Mellon (yes I know, a reach), Boston U, UMass (Amherst), and PennState University Park. I've also been thinking about transferring to MIT later.

Any advice, critique, chances at these colleges, anything would be greatly appreciated. Can you tell me about the engineering programs at Northeastern and how they rank with other engineering schools. Oh, btw, I'm an asian female, a junior :]

Thanks

Your SATs are good, especially the math. If you continue to improve your grades, you should be fine at NU.

Thanks! More advice please!

I think most of those colleges would be unlikely to reject you with those SAT scores.

are you a senior?

I am a junior. FishS, do you really think so? What about CMU?

Tufts might take you for engineering because of your high SATs.

Have you looked at Worchester Polytechnic? They even give merit aid based on SATS- you may well qualify. They have moved their curriculum toward project-based and away from textbook- may be more interesting.
