<p>Yeah you have to send the third one. I’m in the same situation. When I went there, they said that they only look at the top scores.</p>

<p>If you are worried about not revealing all your scores to other schools except Penn, then from what I read in other thread, you can make multiple versions of your common app.</p>
<p>I would take another subject test in November. It will still get to Penn on time for the ED process.</p>
