Took ACT Sept. 14th, still no scores.

ACT won’t give me any specific info. At least 20 people he took it with received their scores a month ago. Had to submit Nov. 1 apps without updated scores. Anyone have any experience with this?

WIsh I could help–my kid hasn’t taken the test yet, but I hope she doesn’t run into the same delay. Keep trying to contact ACT and find out what is going on!

It’s abnormal, but they do state the score avaialability window goes through Nov. 8.

Are they telling you anything, or just that some scores just aren’t out yet? Not much you can do until after the stated window.

They are not telling me anything except they are “in process”. Just checked today and still no scores.

I would get on the phone with them. It should not take this long

spoke to ACT at length on November 8, they do not have the scores although they will not say for sure they are lost. They offered to open an investigation but it can take anywhere from 7 business days to 5 weeks to investigate. I don’t understand, my son is a senior applying early decision and early action, in 5 weeks all decisions are in. They will not rush or have any sense of urgency - what am I supposed to do? I feel like I have no recourse.
