Took college courses as a sophomore/junior in high scool - include on grad apps?

I took some college classes at a community college mainly just to impress for college admissions and got B's unfortunately (college physics and math, wasn't exactly prepared for it yet).

Also, over the summer I took some classes there in between summer breaks during college to get some classes out of the way and got all A's.

Now, that I'm applying to graduate school will the admissions officers view my B's in a negative way even though they were taken in high school?

Also, I took a random math class at a private college during senior year and got a C- (I had really bad senioritis). Since graduate schools require that you list all the colleges that you attended and the classes you took, should I include this misc college course?

Most people apply to MBA after several years of work experience. Would they even care what you did in high school, let’s say 8-10 years ago? If you are going to apply to a top school, it would be prudent to leave all courses at CC out.

Yes, but some of those courses that were taken at a CC were necessary for me to graduate from college?
