A year before I started taking classes at one CC, I applied to a different one. I enrolled in one course but withdrew without attending a single class, deciding that I couldn't afford it at the time. I got a note the next semester saying that I was not eligible for financial aid because I have less than a 66% completion rate. Does this mean I have a transcript? Should I bother disclosing this to the schools I'm applying to?

Now that it’s past 7am and I can log in, yes I do have a transcript. Fantastic. Thankfully, I can order 2 free ones online.

Here’s a new question, then: I’ve already applied to one school and the confirmation email they sent me specifically said to not call or email them about the application. Should I email them anyway to let them know that there’s missing information on my application, or will including the transcript with the others (with a note perhaps) be enough? Or am I already s*** out of luck?

You can send the transcript after you have submitted your application. However, if you didn’t take any classes, the transcript might not be important.
