Top 10 CS Schools: Which GRE Score to Send?

I'm applying to MS programs for computer science, primarily the top 10 schools (Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, Berkeley, etc.). I've recently taken the GRE (for a total of twice now) and gotten my scores back.

1: 165Q (91%), 156V (70%), 5.0AW (93%)

2: 170Q (98%), 157V (73%), 4.0AW (54%)

Most of these schools will only look at the scores from one test date. I'm worried the AW for #2 is too close to the cutoff, but V and Q are better. Which one should I report on my application, #1 or #2? Should I send both of them and list the superscore on my CV?

Since you are applying to the Masters program, the admission requirements are likely not as stiff as for the Ph.D. program. If your Q and V scores are significantly above the minimum on both tests but the AW is marginal on test #1 and the school explicitly says that they put a significant weight on the AW score, then submit #2. However, in my experience, more weight is given to the Q and V scores than the AW as long as it meets a minimum standard. In that case test #1 is a better choice.
