<p>I'm a senior and the college anxiety is really starting to pile up now. I have dreamt of going to the top 20 schools for a while now, especially Penn, and have been stalking the 2018 RD results for a couple days now. ;) Anyway, please chance me, I will chance back!</p>

Target/safe?: UVA and WashU. </p>

<p>I go to school in Virginia and trust me, UVA is right at your level. You’d have to have written some bomb ass fantastic essays for Penn and Columbia for sure, but Dartmouth is a likely just b/c of SAT score. </p>

<p>Basically: write amazingly for Penn, and expect a positive reply. </p>

<p>Oh wow I think your ECs and SAT scores are good. If your SAT II score in World History was higher you would have a great chance :slight_smile: (you could just choose to not send that)

<p>WashU and UVA are basically matches, esp UVA. I would say that Duke, Columbia and Penn are all reaches, even though your stats and ECs are very good. However, they are not out of reach. Dartmouth is probably a low reach. I think that your best stats are the youth orch, the book and the Pakistan trip (esp since you’re Pakistani). Stress these on the app and add some details.
I would suggest having a real safety, somewhere where the acceptance rate is higher than 30%, just to be completely safe.
