<p>Don’t know about the top 3, but I know the chemistry, biology, and BME departments to be quite renowned and strong at WashU (they’re also the much harder ones ;o )</p>
<p>Since there’re so many science majors here, I have to say that German, psychology, political science, women and gender studies, East Asian studies, anthropology, and economics departments are all very strong. Btw I don’t think chem department is nearly as good as biology or neuroscience, based on the some rankings I’ve seen.</p>
