<p>I think you'd start the list with Cooper Union, RISD, MICA and SAIC. A lot depends on what you're looking for.</p>

<p>i don't think mass college of art would be anywhere in the top 10, but i think for being in state, there's no reason not to go it, since it's cheaper in tuition for residents. i would go there if i was a resident of massachusetts, just to save money.</p>

<p>i put it as a dept, mainly because it's referred to as cooper union, and cooper union as a whole does also have engineering, which obviously is not art related.</p>
