I'm a little worried about some of my AP scores, but I probably won't send anything that I got under a 4 on.

On paper, it all sounds great, but with schools like those, the bar is set incredibly high. You seem like a competitive applicant, but with those schools you can never be sure. Do you plan to have a STEM major? If so, it may help because you would be a woman in science.

Yes I’m planning on going into premed though I’m not sure about a major yet. I think my essays show a lot of enthusiasm which I’m hoping they’ll appreciate.

I’m not an experienced chancer or anything but I heard siemens and intel, two competitions that I FREAKING LOOOOVVVEEEEE!!! :x =P~

Submit all AP scores. A Yale admissions officer told me that if she sees an applicant took an AP class but does not submit scores for that AP test, she assumes that applicant got a 1 on the test. A 3 is a great score, it still denotes you as qualified and is still passing, and is much better than a 1 by any means.

I think you have a really good shot with those schools! Your stats are great and you have some interesting ECs, so you should be able to get into the schools on your list. I would apply to one or two schools that you will definitely get into, because with these schools it’s always hard to tell for sure.
Best of luck!
Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1674062-take-a-chance-on-me-chances-for-top-schools-vanderbilt-columbia-northwestern.html</a></p>

Your ECs don’t have a lot to do with your interest in a premed/biology major besides the few clubs and research. My advice is to cut down on the unnecessary ECs and work on improving those that you have passion for. Your gpa and act score are fine, and you should submit AP scores of 3 and above. You do have a chance at those two universities, so make sure your essays demonstrate your talent and passion!
Good luck!
Please chance back: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1672761-chance-me-for-stanford-university.html</a></p>

Everyone here is giving great advice. Don’t worry about your AP scores too much. It’s really not a big factor at all in college admissions. Your ACT score is perfectly fine
