Chance me back?
Chance me for Caltech, MIT, and all the Ivy Leagues!
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showpost.php?p=16423156

You seem like a cookie cutter applicant. Ivy’s get thousands of you perfect applicants and many of those same applicants get rejected. My advice, show some flaws. And honestly, I don’t know why you would reach out for advice from other people (CC) who will inevitably criticize you. If your application is this good there is no need, be confident.

@Intellectuall is correct. But I personally feel that showing flaws is not the right thing to do. It is better to show your strengths and emphasize on them. But make sure to show your passion for the university and your love for the subject in your essay.

I think you have a strong chance, but there are many applicaitons similar to yours. I see very few ECs that relate to your potential major, and nothing super impressive there either. I still thank you have a solid shot. Just emphasize your strengths and demonstrate how you are unique in the essays.

Columbia ED- low reach
Johns Hopkins- low reach
Georgetown- low reach
UChicago- low reach/ reach
Tufts- low reach

Good luck! i hope you get into where you want to go!

Columbia and UChicago are the toughest on your list, but you should have a great chance at the rest.
