By top colleges I mean top applications/admittance/enrollment like in numbers. I saw this on Naviance and thought it would be fun to see everybody elses!

I'm from a decently sized high school on Long Island, NY.

Our top few are SUNY Albany, Stonybrook, Howard and Temple. Very high application, decent sized admittance and enrollment.

As for top ranked schools, we had a record amount of Ivies this year? 3 Cornells, 2 Dartmouths, a few UPenns. Oh and an NYU.

I got to a fairly large school in MD and our top one is UMD.

Edit: if top by ranking as well (I first interpreted top as sheer volume of applications/admittance/enrollment) then we have about 25 going to all 8 ivies plus 2 to MIT and 2 to Stanford.

Oregon high school, population ~1500. Three Harvard admits, four Stanford (record-breaking year for us). I’m not sure about exact numbers for other schools, but there were definitely MIT/Yale/Columbia/Princeton etc admits.

The best school anyone is going to is Case Western Reserve University, and I’m the only one from my school going there. After that, there are probably two or three going to Ohio State. I would be surprised if anyone even applied to an Ivy League school (or similar).

2 going to Brown, 1 going to Harvard, 1 going to Stanford, 5-6 going to NYU, 2 to UPenn, 2 to Carnegie Mellon, plus more that I cannot think of off the top of my head.

My school is public and we usually send one, two or no students to Ivies each year. This year the valedictorian got accepted to Penn.Years prior we’ve had vals going to Stanford and Harvard. We also send some kids usually within the top 20 to schools like Rice, NYU, Berkeley and Wash U.

Less than 10 students (out of 160ish) each year apply to selective schools. This year we had applicants for Washington University in St Louis, Georgetown, George Washington, American, Cal Poly, Baylor, and Drake. While there were a couple of acceptances, nobody is attending these schools. The “best” school someone is going to is either Truman State University or Colorado State University… There are a handful in the honors program at University of Kansas, Kansas State, and Wichita State, though.

Public school, class of ~500.
We had 1 Harvard, 2 Princeton, 1 Yale, 1 Stanford, 3 Columbia, 1 MIT, 1 UChicago, 4 Cornell, 3 UC Berkeley, 3 Northwestern, 1 Williams, 3 Duke, 2 Brown, 1 Vanderbilt, a few Georgetowns, WUSTL, JHU… We did pretty well this year!

Class size under 80, college prep school: 5 ivies, over a third of the class going to school at a Top 50. Still amazed, our class was statistically the best yet out of our high school.

The original poster asked which college the most people apply to and I shall answer that question.
Logging into Naviance…
Okay so I go to a school of about 4000 in Southern California and the most popular colleges to apply to are
-Palomar College
-CSUSM
-SDSU
-UCSD
-UCLA

Know at least one for Princeton, MIT, Northwestern. There are probably some more that I don’t know about. Several are going to Georgia tech. A multitude to UGA, the best state college we have. Then a bunch to Georgia state. Class of 800 to 850 I think

I know from talking to people that we have several NYU acceptances, a full scholarship to UPenn, a few Cornell acceptances, 1 Stanford, 1 USC, a few Michigan acceptances.
