top or bottom bunk?

I guess I’m lucky! My dorm is about 15’ x 11.5’!

My room is going to be 10’ x 14’, and with un bunked beds, there is enough room for two small desks and enough floor space to move around. I am seriously considering lofting my bed so I can have a dresser as instead of a closet I have a dent in the wall and exposed pipes, but that’s just me. I can’t drink and live in my dorm (it’s substance free) so I’m not worried about drunken rolling or spewing.

I’m beginning to think floor space is over rated. Who needs floor space when you can sit on your bed and work at your desk? Two beds on the floor is essentially two couches. I’m really thinking that I don’t want to bunk. However, if my roommate really wants to, I’m going to take bottom bunk. She can loft if she wants…

You and your room mate should just put them side by side, together, and make one big super bed. Leaves way more activity space for general rumpus and horseplay.

Bottom. When I had bunks, you couldn’t even sit up on the bottom bunk though, but that also meant guests couldn’t.
