I want to attend the top party school in the country. Help me decide where to go.

My mom heard about a list of these yesterday and told me Texas was #1 and Penn State #2. I don't have a source to verify this but it sounds correct to me. IUP in western PA is also a big party school--you always hear about problems from it in the news around here.

University of Wisconsin, Madison
UC - Santa Barbara
Arizona State

Okay, princeton review and other sites aren't the best to decide which is the top party school.

Trust Playboy, they know what they are talking about. So here is their list for 2006.

University of Wisconsin - Madison

UC Santa Barbara

Arizona State University

Indiana University

San Diego State University

Florida State University

Ohio University

University of Georgia

University of Tennessee

McGill University

I plan to apply to #'s 2-5

Chico State is still up there, though they're trying hard to make it not be.

TEXAS TECH

the SEC is decent, too

What about UT-Austin?

When your list doesn't have UT-Austin in ATLEAST the top 5, you know it's fake.

Go to UT f(u)cking Austin if you want to party. I went and stayed with some friends a few weeks ago and it's insane.

i go to SDSU and its the hottest place on earth. the girls are HOT.

Any large state school.

According to Playboy, Michigan State University is not considered in their list of top party schools, because it wouldn't make sense to be piled with amateur party schools.

Other than that, I don't party here, so I wouldn't know. ;)

^^^ That's what people say about the University of Arizona too.

Even though it's in Indiana, IU Bloomington is a crazy party school. But seriously, college is college, and you'll be partying wherever you go.

ASU, SDSU, and UCSB are good enough for the westcoasters. :)

UCSB!!! no comparison. put all the stereotypical college comedy movies into one and you have the atmosphere of I.V. the neighboring college town. its insane. esp on Del Playa. (the main party street)

I read somewhere that as of a couple years ago, Lehigh University in PA had the highest alcohol/student ratio in the country. Don't know how reliable this is but may be true based on anyone I've talked to that goes there.

Washington and Lee probably would drown Lehigh. It's smaller and "more fun."

Northern Illinios Uni. = place where all the kids who stayed home for college go for a quick party.

Well, the constant frat shutdowns ARE working, it used to be far worse a few years back.
