Top School Chance with Low Class Rank

This is my first time posting on CC so forgive me for starting with a brief rant. I'm interested in many top schools but I know class rank is an important factor. I go to a pretty competitive high school where class rank does not factor in course load (I dont know if this is how it goes everywhere but I hate it). Therefore, there are many people above me with a 4.0 gpa with no honors and AP classes. That said, am I at a massive disadvantage applying to schools with students all for "top 10%"?

Colleges I'm Applying to:
Columbia
Harvard
U Penn
maybe Yale
UT Austin
UNC Chapel Hill
Carnegie Mellon

Safeties: (I live in GA)
UGA
Georgia Tech

UW GPA: 3.79
W GPA: 4.7 ( I think I'm a little confused on how to calculate gpa on a 5.0 scale)

8 APs

Top 25% ): I wont even put the actual class rank bc it makes me want to cry

SCORES
SAT: 1950 with no prep, but id love if yall would chance my hopeful 2150 or 2200 after studying using the xiggi method

Havent taken the ACT yet but with prep should have 30-33

Taking SAT 2s Chinese, Lit, & maybe Math 2
AP Scores: 2 unreported, 3,5,5, and 3 not taken yet but expected 4 or 5

WORK

African American female

RECS
Rec from Principal - demonstrates my leadership in the school but not sure how great of a writer he is
Rec from Counselor I've had since 8th grade who then came to my high school. Should be the best representative of me showing my personal growth as not quite a troubled kid (slight anger problem) to one of the most involved students in the school
& one from a teacher that I havent chosen and cant yet evaluate

Sorry for how wordy this turned out to be and the excess of "hopefully"s and "projected"s but those are very serious and probable. I have a good grasp of what I am capable of and what goals I can accomplish. Thanks in advance yall!

We can’t chance you based off of your predicted test scores… I remember I predicted a 30-33 as well for my first ACT and hit a 28. Just take it first.
