<p>I second Georgetown University.</p>

<p>It is not in the northeast like most of your other schools, however it is only a 4 hour drive/ 1 hr flight south of NYC.</p>

<p>It is home to the School of Foreign Service and the Center for Clinical Bioethics.</p>

<p>The SFS undergraduate degree focusing on Science and Technology may be a very good option for you.</p>
