Top Sports Marketing/Management Undergrad Programs

What are the top sports marketing or management programs in the nation?

If possible, list in order.

I know University of Michigan, University of Oregon, University of Texas and UMASS are all solid programs. What else?

You really should do a search, I know this has been discussed before in various threads.

Sports Management/Marketing Programs are popping up all over the place. My Big 10 university just added one and they expect to have about 400 majors within the next 2 years. There is no way in **** that there will be enough jobs in the field for all of the grads. Frankly, they are are a dime a dozen. Most will probably get low payiing, commission based sales jobs and the like. You will really need to have a resume filled with internships and good coursework. How might you do that?

Focus on data. The world and sports runs on collecting data and analyzing it to make better decisions. Consider a degree in computer science, accounting, finance, analytics, stats, or marketing. Get inernships in the field. Take courses such as this one in data analytics and stats.

Don’t many of the Big Div I schools have these programs?

What about your state flagship? Does it have big sports?

What is your budget? Many of these OOS publics would be very expensive and won’t give you financial aid.
