Top universities to consider for my stats?

Hi,
I have a SAT score of 2110( Reading 660, Math 720 and Writing 730). My GPA UW is 3.8 and I'm an international student studying in a CBSE(Indian Board) school, which is known to have classes of one of the hardest curricula.
Work Experience: Did an internship at IBM, Dubai, UAE for 2 weeks, 40 hrs/week
Will be doing 2 or more community service activities each for 2-4 hrs.
ECs: Nothing much just sports played during school and a couple awards for a math competition and dance.
I have two letters of recommendation, both of which praise me.

I am interested in Computer Science. Based on this and the above, what universities would you recommend I apply to(which have a deadline of 1 Jan or later)?

Thanks

hmm…Computer Science…

Do you want an engineering/tech school or a regular university?

Do you have any regional preferences?

What else do you want in a school?

Are Catholic schools ok?

What is your budget?

I don’t really know what the difference between a regular and an engineering/tech university is.
I would prefer for the university to be located along the east coast eg: Atlanta.
I also would like if the school has a good environment with a low crime rate, good weather, good facilities and a well regarded computer science program.
I’m not catholic so I don’t know if those would be fine… I’d like to keep it somewhere where I am not looked at based on my religion(Hindu), even though I’m not really religious.
My budget is upto $50,000ish per semester but will feel less guilty if my parents have to spend less money.
Thanks for your reply!
