Topic help

For my high school English class we have to write a pratice college admissions essay and I currently have three topic ideas but I’m not sure that any are at all decent.

I already wrote this essay but it is on a flood that happened at my barn two days ago. Since I wrote it so close to the incident the description is good but it doesn’t really talk about me much other than a reality check type of message.

This was my original idea before the flood happened to write about relay for life. Its a 24 hour event to raise finds and awareness for cancer and I stayed up all night walking the track making great friends with people I hadn’t met previously. Since I have always had trouble with being shy and introverted this experience really did help me break out of my shell.

And this option would show me personality the most but is also potentially incredibly inappropriate. For the common app prompt to write about a fction character historical figure or creative work and how it has shaped you I wanted to write about a television show that is really important to me and has completely changed me for the better. But I also get the feeling that that would be inapppropriate so … I don’t know

Any advice would be great, and sorry for typos my internet is dead and I’m writing this on my phone

It's great that it's for a class, write the second one, and see how the teacher grades it. (If you have time, write all three and get your teacher's advice about which one to actually use....)

The topic that allows you to be the most personal, detailed, honest and revealing is imo a good topic for you.

I just finished writing the second essay and is defiantely very personal but it also highlights my main flaw of being introverted but I do say that I am taking strides to change that but I also say I will never be the extremly opinionated outgoing kid and since colleges want "leaders" I feel like this might hurt me

I don't believe that colleges want only "leaders". I appreciate honesty in an essay, so long as the overall thrust of the essay is positive about the writer. I also appreciate reading about improvements that were made or are being made to address a problem.
