Total 400+ without getting flagged?

Hi guys,

So here's my story. I'm an international student. I took the SAT in June 2013 and here's my score:
570M (I skipped one section because I thought it was experimental. Yea stupid me! I swear I'll never do that again >.<)
640W
530CR
I've been studying really really hard and I'm rooting for a 2100+ in the October. I'm pretty confident that I'll get mid-700M since I won't play that stupid trick above and I do believe my hard work will be paid off. And for CR, my recent practice test scores are between 670-700 so I hope I can keep it like that (or even more).
However, I heard that if I my score get an increase of 300-400+, I will probably get flagged. Is it true? I mean, anything can happen and i've prepared so much for the test and if i get flagged just because i learn from my mistake and study like there's no tomorrow, I may not be able to submit my application for ED. That sucks!

Should i be worried, guys? Or any advice/same cases with significant improvement without getting flagged would be appreciated!

in a email to a person I know, a representative from collegeboard told this:

“We will release all score from October SAT on 25th of October. However, some scores might need additional time to release. If your score get delayed, please Contact the Collegeboard in the following number. (In your case, it is international contact number CB has I think if you are living abroad)”

As far as I know, Colleges will understand this isn’t your fault and you will get a decision. I don’t think it will be a problem.
